6 Months!!! Really this time!!!

Where does the time go? How in the world is our little guy SIX months old already! SIX months! Half a year! One tenth of a decade! (Wait no that would be a year old.) One fifth of a decade! (Wait .. no .. that doesn't sound right either.) Um, one twentieth of a decade!???

(Cut to me in 7th grade math class attempting to do fractions, failing miserably, and turning to my seat mate in utter frustration "Ugh! I'm like SO never going to use this stuff in real life. I'm SO not paying attention. Hey have you heard the new Tiffany album? It's totally rad!")

Note to Jack: Pay attention in math class!

Now without further adoo... adue ... ado??
(Annnnnd cut to me in 7th grade English class.....)

Here's Jack!

6 months!!!!

It's November 16th. Bet you are expecting to see the big Jack-and-Tad-look-how-I've-grown 6 month picture here, right? Well guess again!

We like to keep Jack's faithful blog viewers on their toes...to keep things exciting and unpredictable! Hey, that is just our nature. We're wacky -- we're zany -- we fly by the seat of our pants! We're also lazy and short on time and did not actually get around to taking the 6 month picture this morning.

So in place of the 6 month picture we bring you ... the long lost beach photos!

Jack's first beach trip took place the weekend of October 14 - 16. He went to a place frequented by both his mom and dad in their youth -- Wildwood, NJ. Wildwood is a beach town like none other. In addition to it's beautiful white sand beaches, Wildwood boasts a 2.5 mile world famous boardwalk featuring more rides then Disneyland! Wildwood is lamented in the lyrics of songs such as "Wildwood Days" by Bobby Rydell and the lesser known "Philly Celebrities" by "Philly's Most Wanted".

"The Boardwalk of Fame and Happiness" indeed!

Jack's love for the water materialized at an early age:

A future Jacques Cousteau, non??

No trip to the Wildwood boardwalk is complete without a few games of skee ball!

And when you play skee ball, you win tickets. And if you have enough tickets you can get:

"Yes I am a pirate, two hundred years too late ... The cannons don't thunder, there's nothin' to plunder I'm an under-6 month victim of fate Arriving too late, arriving too late "

(Please note that the man holding the pirate is none other then Jack's uncle! Check out his blog. Forget Matt Lauer .. that Today Show segment should be called Where in the World is Uncle Boneman!)

Our brave little thrill seeker on the death-defying Charlie Brown fire engine!

(Jack and Charlie Brown look as tho they could be brothers!)

The two most handsome men in the entire universe (AKA Jack and his dad)

Apparently sometime during the night Jack snuck out of the condo and went out to party. And party he did! Maybe a little too much ..... he woke up Sunday morning with this:

Nothing says "tough guy" like a Scooby Doo tattoo!

That ocean air makes a baby sleep good. Say goodnight, Jack!

And that concludes our Wildwood recap. 6 month pictures coming soon (Promise. Really this time.).
